Dropped off truck. They got my truck in very quickly. It didn't sit on the lot for hrs our days. Work was done right away. They called me told me what they found and what it would cost. I agreed and picked up my truck the next day .

Communication was not clear, all invoices were not provided to car warranty company. I was told that I’d only have to pay a few hundred towards the approved cost of repairs of my vehicle, of course when they went to begin repair I was told the work was more extensive and that my warranty company would not cover any additional repair costs. So instead of me being able to choose between a few hundred I had to pay over $600 to get my car back with NO REPAIRS DONE! I’m frustrated because i feel like I was not given a choice on my out of pocket expenses. Not only did they keep my car for almost 1 whole month I had to pay them $600 for basically nothing. Plus my warranty company has no record of the latest invoice. For that reason 1 out of 5 stars & would not recommend.

I am truly sorry that your experience was not pleasant. Unfortunately I am unable to determine which vehicle you are referring to. Your name on the review does not match our records. When dealing with a warranty company things can be very complicated. We can not control what the warranty company will or will not cover. After service completion, the owner and staff very sincere and forthright on questions and concerns. Service great, work environment exceptional. Once you need and experience their auto service and repairs, you'll not hesitate and want to return for future auto maintenance or repairs. This was my first visit!
