Too expensive, just for a tire repair.

Jan 23, 2024I do not recognize a customer by the name of Nicole Lee. In response. Auto repair prices have gone up in the last few years as quality employees have been a challenge to find and pay raises have been merited. Quality tire repair (times and required procedures) with a plug and a patch as well as the programming of TPMS and the large and low profile tires have become more prevalent. I can say our prices are in line or lower than many repair shops in our area. We provide 2 yr 24 thousand mile warranty on all repairs. I'm sorry you felt the price was too high. Rick lemke, owner
Fast emissions test
This place isn't right I had one tire and a tire and a rim to swap over they were not mounted on the vehicle I had already unmounted them from the vehicle had them in the back of my truck I asked if they can change that one tire and rim for me he told me he couldn't do it till the next day but the lady right in front of me he had just told her to give him 10 minutes and he'll have her car inside and check her tires and rims

Dec 23, 2023Checking air pressure is different than mounting and balancing wheels, checking air pressure can be done in our emissions bay, mounting and balancing involves taking a technician away from the car they are currently working on that was promised to be done on time. I’m sorry we could not help him immediately, other shops in our area are backed up for weeks, I recommended another shop that was open later hours, I hope they could help him. If we could have got it done do you really think I wouldn’t have done it. Come on be real man. We are in business to help if we can
