Shady business. Have my daughters car held hostage. Always an excuse each week why it’s not ready. Huge inconvenience because she’s paying out of pocket for a rental. I wonder if this is standard . I sure hope not. OMG:4/9 and she hasn’t gotten her car back. EVERY DAY it’s a different excuse. What a financial and emotional nightmare. I don’t believe the previous reviews.

The people at Caliber Collision were so attentive and thorough. The car repairs were done very well and on time. I would definitely work with them again!

I'm only giving a 4 because it took 5 months to get service and I know that this was not the fault of Caliber Collision but rather due to the GM strike and the delay of parts orders. In spite of that, Caliber did an excellent job with my car. The young ladies at the front desk and one in particular, Ayanna did a great job and were very professional and she definitely stood out from the rest as she was always very helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely use the Glendale location again. I have had service at the Germantown location as well and was very pleased with their work and customer also but the Glendale location is closer to where I live.
