Caliber Collision in New Berlin on National Ave rocks! Great staff, excellent communication and a stress free process. First of all, Kim at the front desk is awesome. She was able to get me in right away despite being booked up (whereas other shops had no room nor an ETA for me). She made the process seemless and stress free. You receive frequent texts/emails updating you on the various stages of your repair. You don't feel neglected and always know what's going on with your vehicle. They return your car in a brand new state and even wash and vacuum it! While I hope i never have to return, I'd pick this place/location again 100%.
