Listen ladies This place is the worst place for a woman to try to get any auto repair, dont go please Andy was so unprofessional and rude to me for no reasonat all. So my Nissan Rouge went out on me and I had a diagnostic done it was said to be control arms and axles. So one day a regular costumer that comes in to my job heard me talking with another coworker and recommended that I take it to his place he has been getting repairs for 20years bluemond automotive, so I called the placevspoke to a guy Named ANDY asked him if he did this and roughly how much he stated to me 750.00 for just axles I asked when can I bring it in Andy said Monday though Friday the shop is open so around two weeks later I had a tow truck take my vehicle there. I was excited because I've been so busy at work and finally got a tow to take it so I called and talk to Andy and he said my car was dirty and yes it was it sat unmoved for awhile in a garage so Andy yelled at me aggressively over the phone said no get this thing out of here he said this is garbage get it out" . I was at Loss for words and in tears because he humiliated me ,I asked him what do you mean" he said its a mess the whole wheel is flat and the wheel is messed up . And I said yes I spoke to you 2 weeks ago he then replied and said I don't care get it out before I get it towed away its junk it garbage 750.00 won't get it running " I asked did you mechanically look at it he said no it does not turn on and thst was true it sat to long so im sure it needed a jump start . This man Andy is a bully and should not work with the public or offer services to the public if he has to have a nasty attitude. I asked for my vehicle to e repaired auto repair shops repair vehicles. My Nissan Rouge is in great condition just needed a car wash sheesh and axles and wheel alignments. I guess Andy just wanted to bully a woman. So the tow man had to get the vehicle a second time. Andy was rude unprofessional and very aggressive for no reason. He needs prayer and anger management and to have better customer care skill .

It’s raining and pouring no services going on. Ask sales rep to change a tail light! They can’t do anything at this time only two mechanics. It only Takes two seconds to change with proper tools

Went in for an emissions test and renew my tags. Very pleasant, fast, in and out in 20 mins, no appointment needed (Fridays they do emissions testing during certain times, you just bring it in and they hook your car up).
