Owner is a great guy. Loves audis. Does very good work. No complaints.
I took my BMW X5 there with my own water pump and thermostat from FCP Euro. They did the job for me for a good price but did not test the old pump nor did I get the old pump back. It turns out the new pump also did not turn on and my only issue was an intermittently loose electrical connector. Hard to say but a more thorough shop might have caught this especially when I asked them to be sure to make sure the connector was not the problem because I knew lots of oil had been spilled down there from a valve cover leak. Over $1,000 spent unnecessarily.
I would highly recommend Autobahn Service. Excellent service as always. I just took my Audi a4 to Todd for an oil change and new tires. He is always accommodating and reasonable. The price was great and he helped me find the best tires for the winter season!
Todd did an excellent job servicing my 2012 Audi A4 and got it back to me in hardly no time. I have been to several other shops and dealerships but they do not come close to the service and prices that I’ve gotten at autobahn service center. If you want honest work for an honest price, this is the place to go. I will definitely be coming back.
Todd at Autobahn service really knows his stuff about all kinds of auto repairs. I've had him repair my German cars with completely different issues and he's given me advice multiple times on problems or issues I've had on other vehicles I own. He also doesn't gouge your eyes out on price like other repair places, especially dealerships.
TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION. tangible disappointment. I called Autobahn to repair my clutch. Their reputation in my mind was "as close to the dealership as possible" so I wanted them to take the job. When I called, I was asked to wait a week before I drop it off, because they were busy. The time came to drop it off and there's going to be a wait of a week or two. Okay fine. I call a week later, and maybe it'll get done this week or next. Okay fine. Next week, maybe it'll get done this or next. Okay fine. Next week, maybe it'll get done this or next. This time it is not fine. THREE WEEKS (21 full days) it sat there without any communication to me. It was only once I called them, that I hear the "diagnosis". Worse to me, is having no shame in taking a diag fee for a job that did not need diagnosis. I arrived with the parts, that I purchased two years ago in anticipation of clutch failure. I cut my loss and picked up my car and took it to another shop. Please next time, refuse the job or get a better understanding of how behind you've gotten. I am really shocked at my experience here. I'm not sure why this experience went so sour relative to others but frankly I'm disgusted. I will never recommend this shop to any VW or Audi owners that I know.
Over the past 10 years, Autobahn Service has been my trusted go-to for vehicle maintenance, as I have had numerous vehicles visit this shop. Todd's expertise and commitment to excellence gives me confidence that my car is always in capable hands. Each encounter with Todd’s professionalism and honesty has always left me with nothing but positive impressions. I've referred friends and family, all Audi owners, who have since become loyal customers themselves. Without hesitation, I recommend Autobahn as the trusted source for European automotive service and repair.
Scott is very skillful and a good guy with reasonable prices.
