Second time calling to see about getting our Audi worked on, first time they never called me back after leaving a message. I’ve been transferred to service and it just keeps ringing! Go back to receptionist, get sent back to nobody answering! Going on 20 minutes now! She said they are there, apparently they don’t want our money.

Make sure you are aware of all diagnostic charges. They will charge $200 per item looked at.

They said a part would be there in a day.. took over a week and I “fell through the cracks” and waited two more days for a call. It wasn’t even the issue. Took over over 2 30 mins to figure out I was still under warranty too. And they said my tires were way lower than they were.. I measured them myself from the wear bars. Their inspection video was just a guy stating what they ordered and “saw”, no actual inspection on the video
