I was so fortunate to find JD towing! I had a flat tire while traveling and Joe went above and beyond to help get me back on the road quickly! JD Customs was wonderful to work with! My family and I were broken down on the way to WI Dells and not only did Joe answer my call right away, but he was willing to provide another truck to help get all 5 of us to the car rental shop and dealership so we could be back on the road towards our vacation destination as quickly as possible! First of all he didnt answer the phone for me all night... Then I call.jensens they were gonna come out and help me and I was gonna pay outta pocket for someone to come change my tire on our car which has roadside assistance keep in mind then this company accepts the roadside assistance claim and said they bee here in 40mins to 70mins guess what this idiot doesn't do answer his phone... at all for neither insurance company or me at all so Jensen's again wont help me cause their pissed cause I cancelled with then and they will be here ughh f these peiple

Oct 24, 2023Sorry, things didn’t work out the way they were supposed to. First of all your roadside assistance company never contacted me otherwise I would have came and if I didn’t respond to the phone was because I was actually taking a night off and I apologize for that. I am not sure on the date in which this occurred. But being that it was three weeks ago. That was when I had to go to the doctor’s office the next day, and which I had to take medicine the night before and which I could not work sorry once again.

We have have worked with Joe quite a bit this past year. He's done various repairs, auto body, and paint work for us. Not only is he skilled and professional, he is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and his customer service is top notch! No matter how busy or overwhelmed the shop may be he always takes the time to help, answer questions and follow up!! Hard to come by these days. We appreciate and highly recommend JD Customs!!
