We weren’t expecting the expensive repair that was needed when we brought our vehicle in. However, Bradwell has always done excellent work for us. They’re thorough in their work and Kevin has always done a great job explaining any needed repairs to us. We highly recommend Bradwell to anyone looking for a capable, trustworthy garage.
The amount of time to repair multiple problems with my truck was fair. I was informed by phone at each phase of the diagnostic steps needed to verify the actual problem.
Everything was well done, but they forgot to do my oil change so I herd to schedule another appt to bring it back in.
