This Loves was dirty from the fuel islands to the bathroom. It took 10 minutes just to get a fuel receipt. I only stop at this location out of necessity. I always fuel at Loves and they are usually the cleanest truck stops on the highway. But this one is the exception, with garbage piled up next to the pumps and DEF fluid spilled and dried so it gas obviously been there for a while. Everything needs a goid hosing down.
The store was very clean and well stocked and maintained. 🛎️ Service The store staff was very professional and friendly which is always nice. 🍔 Food There is the usual Love's fare, roller grill items sandwiches and salads. There is also a Hardee's inside to ad to your food choices. 🚻 Restroom The restroom was clean and well maintained. 🔧 Shop There is a repair shop in the back and did not seem to be very busy. 🅿️ Parking The truck parking lot is not bad, all spots are back in but with plenty of room to maneuver.
service Mecanics not profesionaly done job ,they dont know how to chage the tire proper way , stay away from night shift mecanics
In my life I have seen such bad service the mechanic shop is a disaster 3 hours to check my alternator and nothing, how is it possible that they stop the work they were doing and start smoking and go around the shop they do not respect the time of the drivers in the end I took the truck to the TA which is about 20 miles away and I was able to solve it quickly they are a disaster
Though they were very busy Joe and his crew were able to get me in-and-out of there within an hour which I am very grateful for. Nicely done Thank you.
Hardee’s isn’t open 24 hours. While loves doesn’t dictate their hours, they do dictate who they put in their truckstops for food. If they’re not willing to be open 24 hours then they don’t need to be at a truckstop
