I can’t say I’m too pleased with this company, back In October my blue focus Rs was towed to Gerber for front passenger side damage.( mind you this was a insurance claim) I was first told they won’t start working on the car for a few weeks because it was a tow in which is understandable, but if you guys are the first option for my insurance company you guys should make room to accept tow ins. But after every week getting a call from them saying next week it will be done, to saying in two weeks it will be done they called and said the car was finished, I signed and paid and was on my way, until going down the highway and having little to no breaks!! I turned around and limped my car back to Gerber where they where able to find there was air in the break lines, roughly 45 minutes of waiting and they said the car was good to go, and yes breaks felt perfect. But the reason I am writing this review today and not then is the countless issues I have had with my car since bringing it to Gerber Collision, my front passenger side fog light was never plugged back in, I’ve had to replace tpms sensor and fill all 4 tires to the proper spec. Along with front bumper clips being broke ( had to replace) and the skid plate nearly falling off because the front clips that clip to the bumper were not in properly. I understand Gerber has a life time warranty on the work they do but do I really want to take my car back there and possibly wait 4-9 weeks again? The answer is no.
