They sent out my truck not running correctly, 2 days later it left me stranded on the road, called Bob's, paid extra to tow it from Wausau to Merrill, 4 days later he hadn't even looked at it. When I asked why, he said he'll get to it maybe this week, maybe next week or the week after. I waited 2 weeks for my original appointment, the truck was sent out not running correctly, and I paid him in full. Do yourself a favor, take your vehicle to a mechanic that does honest work, and fixes their mistakes. He was rude, made me feel awful, and threatened me to get my truck off his property by the end of the day when I told him it wasn't right to leave me waiting for weeks on something he should have fixed the first time. Rip off
Been going to Bobs for a long time. Always a honest and accurate estimate. Very knowledgeable staff. They do excellent work at a very affordable price.

Bob always gives an honest opinion and his crew does good work. Have never had any issues with repair work done on any of my vehicles and would recommend this place to anyone.
