Jim and staff are always so nice and willing to help. I sat in the lobby waiting for my car for a little while and heard how busy of a day it was, but all calls were handled with equal courtesy and interest in providing whatever help they could.

As an industry insider (cannot tell you what I do, but you can probably guess) I wish there were more than five starts to rate this business with. In an era where customer service has sadly gone away, Chantal and crew always exceed my expectations. They never over promise and always over deliver, especially when compared to the large shops like Mander and Caliber. Second time with them....I hope I am not in another accident but will gladly come here if I am!

We have used 1 Collision three times in the past two years. Every time they go above and beyond. Very friendly and accommodating! One plastic piece was missing after repairs. They offered to drive it out to my house to complete the job!! We will use them for all our auto body repair work! My car didn’t look this nice when I bought it! Wow! Thank you!
