Old owner was awesome. Not a fan of the new office staff that came with the new owners. Come off very short when speaking with them like they have better things to do.

So far they’ve been very fair with making decisions. Vehicle is still being repaired so can’t say for sure. Works well with me and the insurance company. Hopefully the end result is favorable for everyone.
Crystal Auto Body has worked on several of my cars over the last 10 years. Bill and his crew are awesome. Their work is top-notch, but more importantly, they are genuine and honest.
