I am absolutely impressed with the customer service that Laubenheimers provides. Friendly, courteous, experienced, helpful, knowledgeable and so accomodating. Got rear ended and the responsible party asked if they could pay out of pocket and not go through insurance. I agreed. Laubenheimers was the third company I went to for a quote. Other companies took 30 seconds to lool at damage and barely looked under the car. Both quotes were under 2k. Mike at Laubenheimers actually put my car on the life and did a thorough examination. Found something with my dual exhaust that was damaged that no one else quoted repair for. If I had gone with another company, I might have only received payment for the items quoted and would have jad to pay oit of my own pocket for the remaining repairs. At no additional cost, Mike even got out most of a dent i hadnt even talked to him about...he just did it to be helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Laubenheimers. I sure you will not be disappointed!
