Had a great experience with these guys. Heres my story: Right at the end of the month in November, I had an unfortunate accident and hit a deer. Several other shops in the area were busy and quoting work to be done weeks into January. The guys at Laubenheimer were able to look at and get me a quote that afternoon! Parts are still an issue to get in, but they were able to get the parts needed in and schedule me at a decent time. My Highlander got repaired and is looking great, right before my trip to see my sister for Christmas. They even picked me up because I wasn't too far away. Outstanding service and just good guys.
