Took a car to get repaired here after an accident. Car came back missing more pieces and they did paint job on my hood that I didn't even ask for, which made it look worse. Do not recommend this location.

May 24, 2023Dear Chazro, this is Edgar, I am sorry we did not meet the high quality of service we strive to achieve with every single customer. Your insurance company determined your hood needed to be repainted from your accident and we have to follow your insurance company’s work orders. They paid us to paint your hood, so we had to perform the work, otherwise it could be considered insurance fraud. We could not give you the insurance money and not paint your hood as you requested, again your insurance company could consider that fraud. The missing pieces were your aftermarket license plate destroyed in your accident and was not covered by your insurance company. We perform our work to your insurance company’s specifications. Again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations, but we always strive to achieve high quality of service to every customer.
I have used this shop a few times and have received very friendly service. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to my friends and family. Thank you

They have some nice cars just the only problem is that some of them r over the retail price even with the blue book looking over and carfax don't make it any better that's where all of the answers r when u out the information in over all nice but just over priced if u ask me

When I visited, I was very happy with the service I received. I always am a nervous because I’m a woman and I feel like sometimes I get a little ripped off because they think I don’t know what I’m doing. I didn’t feel that way at all here- and I had amazing service. They have reasonable competitive prices and everyone’s friendly and the shop was clean.

I had a really good experience with Edgar. He was very knowledgeable in my repairs and was upfront with cost. promised me pickup before noon Saturday and true to his word. I was out of the door before noon. Great job will be back again!!Mike D 2012 Ford Focus

3 people told me I will never get very large scratches out my bumper I got a year ago. I took to Auto Wise and all they could say was unbelievable, it looks brand new. They did amazing job.
