Can’t say enough about Tom’s Auto Center. Dropped off a tire from my Airstream, picked up a nail. They weren’t sure how long it would take, since it was a Monday morning. 45 mins later, got a call to that it was ready to be picked up. I really like supporting the local shops over the National brands - these guys are awesome!

Severely overpriced. They were charging more than double what another auto body shop was charging.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. My car’s engine overheated so I had it towed in for a diagnostic on whether or not it was totaled. They were able to get me in same day and had the diagnosis the next, with a full breakdown (report + verbal explanation) on what was damaged. Unfortunately the car was totaled, but they made this experience a lot less painful with their service. I worked with Larry who was empathetic, kind and thorough. The team truly goes the extra mile—they were even able to find me a buyer for my totaled car that payed more than anyone I found online! Absolutely wonderful team here. Thanks again, Larry!

My car was having issues mid-day on the interstate and I was close to the Monona Drive/Stoughton Road exit. I have been to Tom's before and knew that they had loaner cars since I didn't have an appointment. I dropped it off and got a FREE loaner car to use until my car was fixed. It took a few days to get on their schedule, get the parts in and repair it. The loaner car was great and very handy when I really needed it. Service is always great and the inside of the building is always clean!

Worked with Cody, very professional and straight forward. Each service they suggested was independently confirmed prior to bringing my car there. No additional services suggested after inspection, no up-selling, and everything done on time at a lower price than the dealer. Will be taking my car there from now on.
