I recently got my control arm and stabaleizer fixed this past weekend. I could not afford the quote for labor and parts so I went to the junk yard instead and payed labor which was $200. apparently the part I got did not fit correctly or wasn't the right part, so instead of calling me and telling me that I have the wrong part and should get a new one he put it on instead and put in the notes of my receipt that it "may be the wrong part". When I came to pick my car up and pay I was told that the part was incorrect but it can "still drive". when I pulled off I was shown immediately that I can't drive over 20mph without my wheel shaking violently. when I came back to voice my concerns I was told there was nothing he can do about it even though he could have called me to let me know what was going on. that I shouldn't drive over 35mph and if I wanted it fixed it would be an additional $50. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received from this black owned establishment and Maurice & his kids outta be ashamed!

May 24, 2023Sorry you are dissatisfied with the service you received from us..We were trying to help you.. you acted as if you wanted your vehicle right away..so we made it happen for...you brought the wrong used part..after installing the part you brought it was noticed that the part was wrong...the part was left on so you could see it was the wrong part.. you made the decision to take your car..your car could of stayed until you got the part..again you wanted you vehicle though

This had to be one of my favorite auto shops in Dane County. Every time I'm in a jam, no matter the time of day, they always come prepared for the situation, and the cost always seems like a blessing. I can't say enough deserving positive things about Maurice & Sons.
Never asked for details like "license plate number" . Never asked for any details about where you are located. NEVER SHOWED UP.

I locked my keys in my car, not only were these guys fast but they had a affordable price too! If this happens again I know who to call!
A gentleman named mark (sorry if its spelled wrong) came and got my crew cab long bed truck and was able to tackle the job quickly and had an amazing attitude. His friendly demeanor and great laugh made the towing experience even better. They will be my 1st call when I need a tow going forward! Thanks Again!
Great service and quality work! We had a flat tire and no spare on a Sunday. When most places are closed we called Maurice and Sons and they took care of us. They replaced our tire quickly and for a great price. Highly recommend.
