I hit a deer with my truck. Worked with Mike McHugh starting as the estimator. He is top notch. The work done and the detailed cleaning of my truck is superior.

While we had several communication issues along the way, one of which was a really big deal to me, this is a body shop and, therefore, the quality of their body work is far more important than the communication issues and expectation management that I feel was lacking during a very busy time for this business (multiple hail storms back to back). While we're still working out some issues with the clear wrap (which was done by another vendor) the fact is, the other body work and paint is top notch. I'll go so far as to say the paint on the new hood (I had a direct deer hit) is "beautiful." Black metallic paint and it looks very good and is five star worthy. I think that in a less crazy time, this business would've been amazing across all parts of the process.

Great service here. Unfortunately have had to have the same car bumper repaired here twice. Arrowhead student drivers aren’t the best or the brightest 😂 But each time I had fantastic service. One time the damage was just a paint scrape that buffed out and they didn’t even charge me. The other time was a full bumper replacement and everything went great and as expected.

Always had good results however last one was the worst ever and will never come here again, so my moms car was smashed up, they did the estimate and made an appointment to fix which was 3 long months later are you kidding me? Then the day comes and they never ordered the parts hear this one they wanted to tear the car apart to see if there was other damage, does this make sense to you? I did not think so why did they put my mom in danger? Don't know but BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS CRUCID SINCE BRIAN LEFT, ALSO JUST HAPPENED I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHOP TO FIX REPAIRS THEY "FIXED" ON MY BOAT FENDER. DID THEY RE-IMBURSE? #### NO. BEWARE STAY AWAY. Never thought i would say that but even the insurance said this don't sound right, they are just don't want to do they job, they just want it totaled. Is that the care you want when you go somewhere? Do you want them putting your family in danger driving a damaged car cause you have to work, just knowing you have to limp around till they fix it then the don't. Horrible way of doing business, did they try to work it out with us? NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OF COURSE THE INSURANCE TOOK CARE OF THINGS AND FOR SURE GOING ELSWHERE SINCE THIS PLACE TOOK 3 MONTHS TO ORDER PARTS WAIT DO NOTHING!

Mr. Biga, I would be happy to address the concerns stated in your review. If at any time a customer feels their vehicle is unsafe to drive, we would never recommend they continue to drive their vehicle. We would never suggest a customer risk their own or someone else's safety by doing so. We always would allow a customer to leave a "non-drive" vehicle at our facility for safety's sake. Keep in mind, that does not mean it would be repaired any sooner. As to the scheduled repair date, it was actually 2 months out, not 3. I understand the frustration in waiting to get in to have repairs completed. However, demand for our services has been substantial and we would prefer to schedule out further vs. making unrealistic promises. I understand you were most upset that we did not order the parts for your repairs ahead of time. Per our file notes, it was relayed in two separate messages prior to the scheduled repair date that this would be the case. When our estimator wrote the initial estimate for repairs, they sent it to your insurance company for approval as requested. The insurance provider responsible advised us that the vehicle was potentially only $300 away from being declared a "total loss." As a result, they had asked us to not order parts ahead of time, disassemble the vehicle entirely to assess any hidden damage when it came in for repairs, send them an updated estimate and allow them time to check the value of the vehicle vs. repair costs. At that point, if the vehicle was deemed repairable, we would have ordered parts and performed repairs. Again, this was relayed prior to the scheduled repair date. We have performed many repairs for you over the years and they were all performed to a high standard. Unfortunately, we agree it's best if you find another shop to assist you in the future.

I've had 3 cars repaired at Merton Auto Body and I couldn't be more impressed by their professionalism. The shop is clean. Estimates are done quickly and I thought very reasonable. Everyone I've dealt with has been really friendly. I'm definitely a loyal customer.

I highly recommend Merton Auto Body for any collision or auto repair needs. I've had the unfortunate luck of needing work on my car twice in the last 4 months. The second time around, there was no question... I was definitely bringing my car to Merton! I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with. They had my estimate done within a few days of dropping my vehicle off and handled my insurance claim with ease. Both times they were able to work my repairs into an already full service schedule and my car was completed much earlier than anticipated. They also do a great job at calling with updates throughout the entire process. I've already recommended Merton to several people!
