My mother passed away in September. Her car was at kens auto. For weeks we tried calling and leaving messages to get the Car we even drove there several times to no avail. Finally I was able to speak to him after showing up at his home. He told me the storage fee was over $400 but would continue to charge us a fee. By then it was winter. As soon as all the snow was melted this March we began calling over and over again and again no on answered or returned out cars. I sent a friend Of mine there with $500 cash and he was finally there, they paid him he wrote then a receipt and two months later he still has no returned my moms car. Of course we call and call but no one answered and when I go there no one answers. Will be reporting the car stolen and filing a small claims soon. This man is rude, a thief and won’t even bother to return your calls or messages. The only way to talk to him is to show up at his front door
