My car was damaged in an accident in February. I took it to Jim's. After I got my car back the first time, the engine coolant warning came on and the car would not function after a few days. Took it back. They claimed to have "fixed" it again. Same thing happened.Took it back a third time. This time they replaced my entire radiator. Same thing happened. Took it back a fourth time. Don't know what they did, but the same thing happened. The only reason I kept taking it there was because the insurance required it. Finally the fifth time I took it to a dealership and they said there was a clear fix. A pipe was crushed near the engine coolant reservoir, likely damaged in the accident. They fixed it easy and it works fine. It is now July. I had my car in and out of the shop for almost 6 months and I've had 5 rental cars because Jim's missed an obvious problem that should have been fixed the first time.

So glad Progressive Ins suggested "Jim's Auto Body" for my damaged vehicle. LAUREN & ?Shane are/were both SO HELPFUL & kind; took much of my worries and anxiety away. I'm anxious to see the finished "product" but do know they are busy/& POPULAR! Thank you staff @JAB. Well, now I have my vehicle back and it looks AMAZING!!!! No exaggeration. I almost didn't recognize my own car; it looked that beautiful. Told Lauren I wanted to cry; I am SO happy w/the results. The guys in the shop, Lauren & Shane all deserve a raise. HONEST

Do not recommend this place. Had our truck in to be repaired after hitting a deer and they lied, used minimal effort, and tried to pull fast ones over us during our time trying to get the repairs completed. Had to take the truck back in multiple times because they said they finished the repairs but after a deeper inspection at home we had to take it back in twice for it to be repaired correctly. They also used very minimal effort when completing the tasks. The first time we brought the truck home the new bumper was hanging down and not even, screws were missing in the fender flare, the headlights were broken when they installed the new ones and they broke the headlight housing as well when they installed them. We then took the truck back in so that it could be repaired correctly. We got the truck back after they repaired those things that they messed up and we were told that there were LEDs placed back into the headlights and high beams. Come to find out, they lied and never installed the LEDs like they said that they were going to.

Becca, We sincerely apologize you didn't have the experience we would expect. Vehicles that have parts that are produced by companies other than your motor vehicle can be ascetically pleasing, but have fitment issues due to not being produced by the manufacture of your motor vehicle. We do our best to attempt to make these parts fit and form to the best of our ability. However, we do run into overall quality issues that can lead to problems during the repairs.
