Travis is the young man who owns his own shop.He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and very reasonable. His quote of the price was reasonable price for the repair. If a piece came in damaged that he ordered. He We ordered the piece again and not charge you anymore. He would get you in as fast as he could because he's so busy period and he stands behind what he does. I will always use him if I ever get in another car accident. I would go back 1030 Auto Bady.

I brought my car into 1030 and was grateful to have just such a place in town. Travis owns and operates it on his own and he is always great to talk with. Every time I talk with him it seems like he has nothing better to do even though he has work already lined up for months. When you are there, you are all that matters. The quality of his workmanship made my car look better than it has prior to the accident. It was very well done and I put it through a test by looking at lines in the pavement through the reflection of the newly completed repair and the reflected lines remained straight as I moved along the repair. I also checked for any hint of o change in the paint from the repaired section to the original section and I could. It see any difference. Very impressed.

Travis is a young hardworking guy that strives to take care of his clients. He built the business on his own with hard work and caring about his work and the people that he does work for. I would definitely recommend doing business with him if you are in a bad spot with body damage to your vehicle.

I hit a deer, had it towed to Wheeler Chevy Dealership; they estimated 14 days of labor plus a high price of almost $12K for new parts and total labor. (Not to mention they couldnt even begin repairs until Nov 28th!!!) Allstate didn't agree and insisted on used parts and a slightly lower price, so Chevy refused to do the job. I called around and saw 1030 Auto online with great reviews. I called Travis, he told me he'd go take a look that night and within five hours of me calling he agreed to do the job. He picked it up on a trailer himself and got it to his shop the next day free of charge Oct 19 '22. He had the body work and hood/fender paint job done Oct 26 '22 with NEW PARTS. He took the insurance money, took a cut out of his labor profits to make sure he gave me back an awesome looking ride instead of giving back a dinged up car with scratched up salvaged parts the insurance gave me in their estimate; Allstate customer service representative said is they estimate "whatever is most cost-effective for Allstate". He refused to give me back junk. He had it done in SEVEN DAYS, half the time chevy said, and its done before Halloween (long before thanksgiving) with brand new parts for a bit over $8K. Waited two more days for one tire he went out of his way to get that the insurance didnt even put on their estimate. He found one of two left around of no longer made tires that had been put new on my car in July; so I have a matching set still!! He didn't even have us pay out of pocket for it (since it wasnt on estimate); he said it's a gift. Yesterday the tire was on and today I have keys in hand and car at home. It runs awesome and it looks even better than it did!! Travis is a personable dude that really cares about the job and the customers. My husband and I will be returning for auto and repair work, as he's the best we've dealt with all these years going to people in the industry. He was real and honest with who he is and his work, and really went out of his way for us!!! He even fixed up some small unrelated body dings on our car! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
