My tractor would not start after one of my deliveries, and Jake determined that the starter had failed, he had 1 of his other mechanics Start to pull the old starter out While he ran to meet someone bringing a starter up from Madison Because there was none available in the area. The job was Well done under difficult circumstances And I would definitely recommend Jake's services.

CH Wilson Company Driver......While delivering my daily load of ethanol to Green Bay from Minnesota I discovered a brake slack adjuster on my tanker trailer that was falling apart. With my company shop 5 hours away my shop manager found Jake's online, called them around 11:30 and told him they could get me in between 1:00-2:00 to get it repaired. I walked in the door at 1:00 and Jake was at the desk with a friendly greeting and asked what I was in for. In which, I told him about the call and repair needed and he says, I wasn't informed on this one. So, in my head I am thinking great...I am going to be here a while. Instead he got up out from behind the desk and went outside to assess the repair needed. He says, give me 20 minutes to get it fixed. I figured he was going to get one of his employees to tackle the job, nope, he came back out himself and took care of it. I think overall I was there for 35 minutes, if we wouldn't have talked about cars and fishing I would of been out of there in 25 minutes total. I know it was a quick little fix and have stood at parts counters for longer, so very grateful. If you need repair in Marshfield, from big to small, Jake's is definitely a Quality place to take your business. Thanks Jake for the excellent service and getting my trailer back on the road quickly.
