I had hit a deer with my car and Travis was amazing at explaining and communicating everything to me about the process of getting my car fixed! He came to my house to look at my can and had an estimate to me within a few hours of what it would cost! He got me in as soon as possible and explained how the whole process worked with my insurance and everything when my insurance did not. He communicated with me about when my car would be fixed and was very professional. I will definitely be taking my car back to him if something like this happens again! After my accident, I didn't know where to take my car to get it fixed. I found 1030 Auto Body after Googling and saw they had a Facebook page. I sent a message not expecting to hear anything back for awhile because it was a Saturday but got a response very quickly. I set up an appointment for the following Monday not really knowing what to expect. Travis helped me through everything as far as my insurance goes and ordered the parts needed to fix my car. One part was back-ordered and took months to come in but once all parts were in, Travis got me in right away and even had a loaner vehicle for me to use in the meantime. Less than a week later, my car was done and looks great! Thanks Travis!
