Initially everyone was very nice when I went to get an estimate, but when I came to drop off my vehicle everything changed. Now it was going to take 2-3 days longer than initially informed and they weren't flexible. There was no update on the repairs; just to show up to pay for it when it was done. I wasn't informed that there's a hefty fee to use a credit card. And to top it all off, the work wasn't even done well! Definitely be cautious if you decide to go here.
What a joke!! We brought our van into these crooks, and after the vehicle was finished a week late, they call and tell me the van is done and to come pick up. So i came to pick up van and once i got it back to the shop i noticed they put back on old trim with all the scratches from accident and called it good!! so i called them back told them what they did, and im still waiting to get repair completed!! its been over a month..... and still waiting. i called our insurance company to let them know what was going on, and they tell me, WE WONT USE THEM ANYMORE! I recommend to all of you thinking about using Russ Darrow collision west... to think again! GO ELSEWHERE. Thanks,
