This is the third time we’ve trusted Rory at Roses to assist us. I was rear-ended after only having my vehicle not even a day. And he explained what was going to happen and he worked with the insurance company and it was determined that it was a total loss. Which means Roses Custom & Collision didn’t make a dime off of his assistance over a week I highly recommend him he’s a man of great knowledge and integrity.
Worked with Rory during the challenging week of a big blizzard, he still busted his tail to get in the parts, do the job right, and charge me a fraction of what a dealership would cost. I will bring this and other vehicles back again for a myriad of needs -- he's a friendly guy and good at his craft.
Honest, takes the time to actually talk to you about the possibilities and risks of certain work. Highly recommend this shop.

Rory did an excellent repair with an incredible price on our RAV4.
By far the best ever auto repair encounter of my life. Rory will make sure that your vehicle is safe but also that you’re taken care of from keeping you informed on repairs to working to getting the vehicle back on the road asap, he truly has you and your best interests at heart. The team here is not concerned as much with making a dollar as they are in making sure you’re not just satisfied but over the moon happy! If I could give a 10 I’d be asking to give a 100!
