Poor explanation of my car's issues.

Best place in Manitowoc. Tom is a genuine, honest guy who actually does care about giving great quality service to his customers. Highly recommend
Fantastic shop. Not only do they go over your options with you both cheap and expensive route for quality but their customer service is amazing as well. Never have I had a company reach out to me 2 hours after close to complete the service.
My boyfriend has been going here for years. Always friendly. Very knowledgeable. I do now as well. I ended up needing to get extra work done but they ran out of time that day to do it. They got it scheduled the next day to have enough time to do the extra work so I didn't have to bring it back. Luckily I was off for a few days so I didn't need my car anyway. They were great about keeping it an extra night after it was ready so I could get there to pick it up.
