Novak's staff are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The lady at the desk is welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The mechanic who worked on our car is awesome. He did absolutely top notch work on our Honda Civic. They are the only ones who work on our car from now on. They give outstanding estimates and come close to it with complete explanations before they do the work. We are completely blown away that there is an automotive shop who is completely honest and efficient in Manitowoc.
Jeremiah and his team are the best in town, hands down. They are all so nice and the work is done well and efficiently. I've had them do everything from fixing an unexpected flat tire to putting a new engine in a vehicle and I've never been disappointed. It's nice to have a mechanic I can trust. Abby is good at remembering names too, and I like that personal touch.

I stopped by due to no running lights to see if it was simple as a fuse. Only in town for short amount of time and even as busy as they were , they quick fit me in. If in manitowoc and need a quick fix I HIGHLY recommend going here. Every single person was extremely friendly and helpful. Ashley at the front desk was extremely nice to everyone that walked thru the door. At first she had to tell me they couldn't do it, and could see genuine sorry in her eyes. Which were very pleasing to look at. Just saying. A GIGANTIC THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
