I couldn't be happier with the service from Schroeder's. I went to two other repair shops and I couldn't get service until a week or more out. I called Jeff and he gave me a quote, had the window in his shop the next day and my window was replaced the next day. Todd showed up at my place of business and had my rear window replaced in an hour. I couldn't be happier with the great workmanship and customer service I received from everyone.

My windshield on my Jeep Wrangler had finally cracked all the way down so I called and spoke with Jeff. They definitely are fast and efficient and know their stuff. Jeff asked if I wanted an original windshield with the Jeep in the corner or an aftermarket.... no idea there was an option so of course I picked the original glass. So glad he asked. My back window on my Mustang needs replaced and I contacted them...definitely recommend them.

Great company to use and work with. I called in my insurance claim with Progressive, and within a few hours my 2 chips in the windshield were repaired right in the parking lot of my work. I cannot recommend this company enough!

I had been waiting for another business to come and replace my windshield for 2 weeks. I got fed up and called Schroeder's on Monday and talked to Todd. He told me he would have my windshield in his shop on Wednesday and replace it Thursday morning. Thursday morning they were at my house at 7 am and they were done 26 minutes later! It's nice to see a business that does what they say they're going to do and actually cares about their customers satisfaction. I recommend Schroeder's Auto Glass and Chip Repair to anyone that needs this service. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST!!! Don't waste your time on the other idiots no matter how "Safe" they are. I was road tripping across the country and my car was hit by a small rock. I called Schroeders and talked to Jeff. He was incredibly helpful as I explained the chip and my wish to try to fill it as opposed to replace the windshield. He was able to talk me through the considerations and we quickly scheduled a time for him to come to me and assess and fix the situation. Unfortunately the chip turned into a full windshield crack as Jeff anticipated and he had already made sure he had the windshield I needed on hand. Jeff and Steve came out to my house on time and replaced the windshield quickly. Jeff and Steve were both incredibly friendly and prompt, I can't recommend them enough!

Jeff returned my call within a few hours and was able to repair my windshield the next day. He came to my location so I did not have to miss work. Jeff provided an explanation of the repair process and was very personable. I will definitely be calling him again if I need window repair or replacement.
