I had trouble with my Mazda RX-8 not starting. 9 out of 10 shops would tell they wouldn’t touch my engine. Therefore when I called Top Tier Automotive, I was dreading the inevitable “no” I was going to receive after asking if they would work on my rotary engine. But I was shocked and exhilarated when they said to me, “There isn’t a lot we won’t do.” I was preparing for the worst, (bad apex seals). but they were able to get in there and not only find the problem but also fix my A/C, replaced my radiator and in the process fixed many other things. I got my car back in a very reasonable time frame and immediately noticed my car was running 10x times better. It feels as though they breathed new life into my engine. Right away I felt all the hard work they put into my car They treated the project as if it was their own. I found my new auto mechanic shop. I spoke to Sam over the phone and she was so amazing with listening to all of my concerns and then relaying that information down the line. Josh, the tech working on my vehicle, is everything you want in a mechanic. I have already brought my work vehicle as well as my family vehicle in for some work because of that first experience.
