Dropped my car off in evening for undiagnosed problems & plus new tires. The next day received an extremely detailed estimate explaining problems & naming all parts involved. I oked the estimate & the car was ready that evening including new tires & installation. I will never go anywhere else. Brad rocks, is extremely professional & friendly.

Despite calling and emailing to schedule a simple but urgent repair, the owner of this shop never contacted me. It's been over two weeks now. It's a shame, because I heard good things about the quality of the work performed here. However, I am disappointed by the lack of communication and poor customer service.

May 3, 2024Noah, I would like to apologize for not getting back to you. I recall seeing your email late one evening and planned on getting back to you the following day. I failed to do so..that’s my fault. I don’t show a call history or voicemail from the phone number you left in the email. I receive a dozen spam calls a week from out of state numbers so I’m reluctant to answer out of state calls. Please leave a voicemail/text and I will be sure to get back to you. Brady does great work. From oil changes to engine replacement, he does it all efficiently and at a fair price. Highley recommended
