Professional, timely and always honest. I can't say enough good things about this shop. One man shop but works hard and is truthful with the customers. If you need work on your car, take it to N.R.G. affordable and just what all shops should be like.
Nate, the owner, is an honest trustworthy man. I have been going to this shop since December 2017, and happy to see them grow and improve ever since then. Nate and Kenny are true professionals and a huge asset to the community. They do not BS around you and are truly great human beings that you would want to be friends with. The best part is that they will be transparent with you regarding every part of the process, especially, when they are not sure about the issue/solution. This is not like some other part changers in town who call themselves mechanics.
Gotta give some serious creds to N.R.G. Automotive Repair, SPECIFICALLY NATE!! Managed to run over the only piece of 1/2" friggin pipe sticking out of the road and of course, got a flat! down the road towards the end of the business day, and when litteratly every other shop within 5 MI had an appointment time of tomorrow to next week, Nate stopped what he was doing and within 30 minutes was able to sneak me in between jobs and had a plug put in a tire and me back on the road like it was nothing! And I didn't have to give him my bank account and social security numbers to get it done either! Great prices and a great group of guys! Definitely recommend them!
Nate was so kind and got my car in and taken care of for an oil change. Will be going back to him for all of my car needs in the future.
Nate is a master of his craft. I have been using his services long before he opened his own shop. I have never been let down and always have confidence in his abilities. He is very honest and trustworthy.
Nate is the most amazing mechanic you could hope for. He is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and efficient. He has come to my rescue multiple times. There's no car problem he can't fix, his rates are incredibly reasonable, and he gets jobs done in record time. He communicates via text which is very convenient for a busy schedule!
