Can't say I'm very impressed and bit misled based on these reviews. I understand for the average customer they probably provide great service. Customer service was great. However, I have a custom exhaust and just needed it modified a little to prevent it from scraping after lowering my car by welding in 2ft of new pipe. It's an okay job, but it could have been done so much better if a little more thought went into it. The driver & passenger pipes were welded unevenly, and the welds weren't even fully completed because I guess they didn't want to remove one clamp to remove the exhaust and finish the weld. So I ended up taking my car home and completing the welds and sealing the leaks myself. Maybe the other Mex Muffler shop in Madison would have better standards, but all I can say is that I'm dissatisfied with this shop's quality of work for custom applications. I wouldn't say it was a job worth nearly the $220 I was charged.
