I had an error message showing on my Volt. The Chevy dealer charged me $2k to do a bunch of (ultimately) unnecessary stuff and told me a needed a new battery (with the go away price of $38,000). I took it to Clausen's since they had a nice section on the website about working on hybrids. Everyone there was SUPER nice (even returning my late afternoon call after hours to apologize and tell me it was a busy day, but they got my message and would call me first thing in the morning). I get the sense they really know what they're doing, and they were able to get my car fixed for a very reasonable price. They've definitely earned my business!
