They attempted to deal with this problem twice within five days, but the light would again pop on a day or two after each repair. On my third visit I was told that their diagnostic tool couldn't find anything wrong with the van, so the van would be safe for me to drive. I had never had such a concern before in the 30 plus years they had worked on my van. After talking with a friend about my concerns she referred me to Chet's Care Care. The mechanics removed framing from my van so that would be able to view the entire engine area. They found that mice had chewed wires in three different systems in my van! Not only did they painstakingly make the repairs, but Erik and his wife - the owners - took time to help me figure out when and why I started to have such a problem and how to prevent future issues! They were truly concerned for me and the well-being of my vehicle! Will be taking in my husband's car next week for a look over. Best experience I've had in years, and can now understand why Chet's Car Service has a 5 star rating!
