This business is very unprofessional and does not stand behind their work or their word. They return the car saying ever Was good, got less than 10 miles down the road and the car quite. Called them and they said it was not their problem and to take it to the dealer. We repeatedly talked with them, Luke sent us a letter agreeing to refund us $900.00 (less than 1/2 the bill). We signed a letter indicating we would agree to that and then he backed out of the agreement. We now have him in small claims court. Very UNPROFESSIONAL business!!! Update- court ruled in our favor and he had 10 days to pay us and he still hasn’t. When called about it he said he got too busy and forgot and that he would put the check in the mail that day. That was over two weeks ago. Still no check.

The guys at Badger city are amazing! I needed a rear axle replaced and took it to good year on east wash at first just to get a diagnostics on it and they tried to charge me an insane amount of money. They also told me I needed both replaced until I questioned them about it then all of a sudden it was just the one. Badger city was my first choice but they were closed when I initially tried to call so once I got my diagnostics I went to them. Not only did they not charge me for the diagnostics but did the repair for a fraction of the cost of what good year was saying. They broke down everything to me and were able to get me in to fix it right away and finished the job within a few hours. The staff is so friendly and skilled and there are cute pups in the shop waiting to greet you. 10/10 I will absolutely be going back for all my car needs!

Very honest and trustworthy as far as I know from my few experiences with them. They suggest the best option for your situation that won't break yo pockets. I'm always honest in my reviews so I will say that they took a Little longer than I desired to do the job but when I saw the work it was well worth it!

I was traveling from Wisconsin to Utah and my engine fan stopped working correctly, I called 15 dealerships and shops and all told me they were too busy and it would be November.. well kinda hard to what 2 or 3 weeks when I needed to be home in 4 days. I explained my situation and they said they had a full schedule but they would take care of me because they knew I needed to get back home. Even though they know I won't be a repeat customer they only wanted to help. Great company! Fast, great price, and working great!
