2023 Mazda CX-5 got hit by a deer in November. Repair and communication was great except that some paint protection film that was paid for was missing. It is now February and I have been calling nearly every week to get it scheduled. I understand there has been issues with associates being out but where is the continuity with representatives? I call and a message is left saying I will be contacted but it has never happened and I continue to call each week. This to me is an example of a business where once they get their money, any follow-up is an afterthought.
