I'll give you the facts and you decide whether or not you would like to spend your money here. I contacted Lomira about a 2016 lexus rx350 fsport with 77k miles they had for sale. I negotiated the deal and my interaction with the salesman was pleasant. I drove 13 hours from MD to pick up the truck on 9/16/23. After I arrived I inspected the vehicle only to find tremendous amounts of rust on the rotors and calipers. This lead me to look underneath and to my surprise, this truck was a rust bucket. The photos posted online made the truck seem as if it was in great condition but that was far from the truth. I am deeply saddened that Lomira Auto would even waste my time having me drive 13 hours one way for a vehicle with that much rust. I already had my own financing through my credit union so i had the check in hand along with cash for the down payment, had my insurance company add this vehicle to my policy just to get there and drive home empty handed due to this dealers disception. With the gas, tolls, and food. i wasted between $600-$700 on this trip. Please see the photos with my review because the photos speak for themselves. one photo is a screenshot of the truck from a video Lomira posted. The others are photos I took of the rust. Judging by Lomira's comments on other customers bad reviews I'm quite sure Lomira may comment to my post to try and discredit my honest review.

Nov 24, 2023Thank you for the feedback Marcus, we understand how you feel and Wisconsin and Michigan weather does affect the under carriage drasticly differently than in MD. For a 7 year old vehicle in the listed states this is a common appearance. The areas in question are also lightly poudercoated and/or bare metal like the rotors in question. Thanks Jake for the laid back car buying process. You we're really attentive and responsive during the whole experience and stayed late until we completed the paperwork. Also thanks Chris for getting all the paperwork prepped so we could go through the process really quick. Definitely a good experience overall and definitely would come back

Initially I was having a great experience and was treated in the best way possible and couldn’t complain of a single thing They offered an “auto check “ of the cars history and previous records all that stuff and it all checked out fine as 1 owner no accidents I decided to double check myself and run the VIN number of the car on CARFAX which will show you EVERYTHING regarding the cars history and of course it was 6 OWNERS AND 2 accidents ! So I calmly ask the MANAGER about this and he say “we don’t use carfax only auto check , whatever auto check says is what we advertise ! I have nothing to say besides how unfortunate it is to almost make a deal with the disappointment , dishonest , money greedy people at Lomira auto I hope no one gets scammed like I almost did

They check frames at all auctions, they are able to tell the difference between a renewal and a different owner. (If you read the CarFax you can also see this) As we disclosed it was from Canada and CarFax also counts another owner when a US title is issued. The F-150 is in great condition and has not been, or show any paint work/accident happened or been done. Our team treated you with respect, were transparent with any and all information. As a auto salesman in Florida this should be common knowledge that you have. We would be more than glad to bring the F-150 to any garage of your choice to have an independent inspection done. We do NOT sell junk, lemons, salavage, and badge titles. Slandering our team when your more than welcome to buy a truck where you work? Willing to go 1500 miles to but a truck because its $4000 less than the store you work at, and we are greedy? I am more than welcome to talk about your concerns, valid or not. Sales manager does not honor deals made over the phone and will waste your time. Update after your Comment: Nice try on the make believe story of blaming the customer for being loud and name calling. None of that happened and you should be ashamed to post it. Spreading false testomony is a Sin, and I will be praying for you. As a christian man I called out the actions for what they were. If you were being so honerable, then why didnt you call me and tell me that we have another interested buyer and they are offering more than me? You didnt make that call because you lack honor. So to clarify what honor is, Honor is doing the right thing even when it may cost you more, or makes you uncomfortable, always doing the best you can. Another word that goes along with Honor is integrity. With inspecting the fruits of your endenvors show that you have a serious lack of that as well. Jun 24, 2023Thank you for the comment Jamie. I agreed to your deal on the truck and you then had to again think about it and get the ok from your spouse. Over a day passed and the truck sold to someone else. I am sure somehow you feel this is our fault, but in reality we did everything we could to earn your business. Storming into my business calling my team members names, yelling, and saying we do bad business because of your lack of commitment is just not right. On a side note you did get a round of applause and a lot of laughs from the service guests and the three people there buying cars. Yes they were laughing at you and how chose to act. Best wishes.
