I have been going to Lodi shell for a few years and always feel taken care of and communicated with. They are reasonable and the staff is so friendly. Being a female who usually goes alone I know I can trust them to be honest and fair with my repair needs. I also just purchased a vehicle through them and the process was smooth and stress free. I definitely recommend Lodi shell!

I highly doubt I will ever take my vehicles elsewhere for service. For 7 years I have almost exclusively booked Lodi Shell for automotive maintenance. I have never been let down once.

We called Lodi towing after I got myself in a pickle off road while visiting WI. We called the first place that came up in the Google search and they wanted $1200. We lucked into finding Lodi Shell thru a sheriff’s deputy and paid less than half that. Great service. Patient staff (Dan, IIRC). If you’re stuck in Lodi, make them your first call … not the other towing company.

After an extreme snowfall, our car slid into the ditch. The roads were a mess, but Zach came out quickly and expertly pulled us out. He was prompt, polite and skilled.

Called for a tow on Thanksgiving morning and Dan came right out. He had my car loaded in about 10 minutes and the bill was way less than I expected. Would definitely recommend

I had a screw in my tire. Dan was able to get me in immediately and repaired it within 10 minutes and for an extremely reasonable price. Stacy and Dan were a pleasure to work with per usual!

ZERO STARS! they came to tow my friends car and they Ripped his bumper off. Gave him a flat tire and charged him for pulling it 20ft. The level of incompetence of this driver is beyond me

Went there to get my window fixed as it wouldn’t roll down. Didn’t notice until months later, but when the window rolls up it ends up landing outside of the “pocket” it’s supposed to be in so to close it I have to manually press on it as I roll it up. Super inconvenient and disappointing result for $400. Just going to have somewhere else fix it.Though, no complaints regarding the staff and it was clearly not intentional, so 2 stars. Just disappointed.
