Very very disappointed. Had gone there in 2018 and received excellent service but I cannot say the same for 2022. Took it in for an alignment and while on a test drive something broke and I needed $500 more in repairs. Then it's not aligned properly because I had a suspension part not in specs. Instead of telling me to replace that they aligned it anyway and it pulled to the right, so I had to go back for a second appointment and it still wasn't right and they wanted me to come back for a third.. didn't even cover the second one which I thought was under warranty from the first one? Apparently there is no warranty.. in my opinion accurate alignment is the only facility in the valley that can be trusted 100% to do the right thing. I gave them every chance to make this right before I posted this review.

When my 2014 Ford Fusion needed a new engine, Ed and his team not only delt with my warranty service but went above and beyond and disputed the claim when he thought that should they should cover more. They got me an extra $1000 and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

I could not be more impressed with Action Auto Services. In an extremely timely manner, there was an extreme amount of repairs done and the car runs better down the road than it did when I bought it.. communicates all necessary needs for repairs, and allows me to choose which ones I desired at this time.. I did them all, but they made the vehicle safe to drive again. Thank you for everything on my 500. Way better than buying new. They made it new again.

Had a new windshield washer line put in bc it broke...less then 30 days later it broke again and they told us if its a defective part u pay again. Which is garbage bc they shld replace thru company warranty. They install cheap parts and charge at least double what my other shop has charged me, and he uses quality parts, and I haven't had a single issue since going there. With my work truck, duramax, or wife's vehicle! Paid 340 dollars for this part to be fixed and basically wasted it. I wldnt go there if someone else paid my bill for me. It's a given I'd be going back. Had my 3/4 ton in for pitman arm and they never even tightened the bolt...if it wasn't for my other shop ida been pulled into traffic or ditch as it part of steering components. I'd rather pay my 8 year old son to repair it.
