Anything car related, when you don't know much about cars, can feel intimidating and vulnerable. It's hard to know whom to trust and whether you're being sold a bill of goods. Well, I got several bids and, not only was Obasi's the lowest, but I just immediately trusted him. He was patient, kind, understanding, clear and honest with me from the start.
