I gave it one star because this company is in a country area in Mineral Point Wisconsin. They feel that they can charge you anything they want since they are the only one of two auto mechanic shops in town. I will not be going back to pay $600 for an alternator change out of a 2007 Ford Focus. Go to Wayne's, or Goodney's in Platteville Wisconsin.

We would have then asked you to have the vehicle brought in so we could check it out to verify the problem. For us, without seeing the vehicle, there is too much unknown.
