I needed to replace my driver side mirror after an encounter with a deer and had purchased a replacement. The impact from the deer had puckered the metal to which the mirror was attached. I wanted to see if any additional damage was done so brought it for an estimate at Ball Body Shop's convenient drive up. The estimator, Cim, looked everything over and we concluded the mirror was all that was needed. It was dangerous to drive without the mirror. I could either get on their schedule a month later or call around to mechanics. Cim assessed the current work load and offered to replace the mirror for me on the spot. This was such an amazing and unexpected offer. I took a seat in the waiting room while Cim got to work. I was SO relieved and grateful to have this done quickly so I could drive safely.
