Absolute 5 star rating. I don’t know anything about anything in Mauston. Passing through in the interstate hit a chunk of concrete left by lazy road workers and got a flat. Called this place and they put me at ease immediately.

I was in the middle of a 700 mile drive when my trailer hitch lost the pin. I was on the side of I-90 with no options. I called and in less than 30 everything was made right. I was treated with respect and courtesy as I was helped to get back on the road. If I am ever in trouble on the road nearby this is my first call. So greatful that there are people like this still around.

Place was closed for tge weekend. I asked if I could pick my bike up off hours as I'm kinda far away. Just had to pay the fees. The tow truck driver frank was more than professional . He helped my father load the bike on the trailer and secure it. He didn't just go the extra mile, he went the extra ten thousand miles. Our car broke down on a road trip to Chicago. We broke down in Mauston and needed to get to Madison. Luckily, CJJ’s service was there. Our tow truck driver, Frank, was efficient, skilled, wise, courteous and an all around great guy. CJJS auto made a bad situation good!
