Vic’s has a tow truck that broke our cars front bumper twice, while being towed, they also broke our neighbors back bumper while they were loading our car the second time. After calling them to try and figure out what they can do to help and what steps we can take to get it fixed , the woman put on a very hostile tone and wouldn’t let us speak to anyone after going in circles with her. The third time we needed it towed, they denied the phone call completely.
