Very happy with the work done on my car. Staff was very friendly and talked me through different repairs that I knew very little about. Did not feel pressured to do more than was necessary and felt my thoughts were respected. Will gladly recommend to anyone.

The staff at Stoiched are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. My first two visits were for routine oil changes. The waiting area is comfortable and they have beverages available. My third visit was unexpected and due to continual issues with my vehicle needing to be jumpstarted during an extremely cold spell in January. Roadside Assistance determined there was an issue with the battery. I reached out to Stoiched to ask if the car could be towed to them, and if they could evaluate for specific condition and service needed. Although they would accept the vehicle, I was informed that they may be able to look at it for 2-3 days. I was given the information on what they were going to do, as well as an estimate of the costs involved. It wouldn’t inconvenience me, so I had the vehicle towed to them. I was contacted by the morning of the 2nd day with the results and the need to replace the battery as well as the cost. Although I expected the vehicle to be done the next day, I was impressed that they had it done that afternoon. I got picked up (thanks Ryan!) and paid for the service. Luke is very nice and explained everything on the phone earlier in the day. I thanked him for being able to work on my vehicle quickly, despite the last minute request. I highly recommend Stoiched Automotive for all your vehicle service needs.
