Great guys, they were able to help me out in a pinch.
I took all of my cars to Gordon and only wish I still lived near them. I would trust them with any car repair needed.
WOW, JUST WOW. 0 stars if that were a choice. I am new to this great City of Neenah, taking on a Manager position across the street from this establishment. I called to get a quote on brake pad and rotors. The gentleman said he wasn't sure and that he'd have to look it up. I said no problem, please take down my name and number and reach out to me when you find out. I work across the street. He then said " I, I, I don't have time right now " I thanked him and hung up. So much for trying to support our locals eh? Being in my position of trust and influence that I hold, I would have gladly given a good word to all my patients being that they were so close to my clinic. But now it will be the exact opposite. And it'll only be the truth obviously. In verbatim. Best wishes to the establishment and their future career endeavors.
Stopped in with our VW Sports Wagon and asked some questions regarding the TPMS "smart wheel sensor" apparently the sensors aren't that smart! Josh gave us some valuable free advice regarding the does and don'ts of most TPMS systems. This type of old school customer service and caring is hardly seen these days! Thanks for setting up straight! For this we give you the most we can give in the ways of stars, 5.
