Oct 23, 2023I'm truly sorry you feel that way John A? Is this the same John A. that picked up the vehicle without payment? I think any business would be a little irritated with that. We have a very clear policy that payment must be made before pickup. John A did finally pay (still have the keys here btw) and we appreciate the payment. Either way I'm sorry you feel you were treated unfairly. I apologize.
