Second time I have brought my VW here for repair and had another great experience.
Read the other reviews! Took over a month for them to take care of an issue. Was left without my car during that time.
Carrie was so helpful to me. Jeremy Roehling suggested that I use this dealership after my car accident, and I am so thankful he did. Carrie and Jeremy both helped me get my car back to the way it was. Thank you both so much!

Each time my new vehicle has had to go in for service, the work has never been completed in the time frame they provided at drop-off. Additionally, they failed to give us any updates along the way that it would take longer than quoted.
My passenger window in my Audi was busted and required a replacement along with a small paneling replacement next to the window. After getting an estimate, I was driving without a window for nearly a month. The repair was small and simple but my car was kept for nearly 2 weeks. I was promised that I would receive updates throughout the process but never once received any info until calling and asking multiple times. I would use a smaller body shop next time.
They did a fantastic job on my Mercedes EQS. I was worried as this is such a new vehicle. Carrie was outstanding and made everything come together so I did not run out of rental care coverage. I could not tell anything happened to the car and she was totally professional and truly helpful.
